Perhaps only true enthusiasts would, and for the honor of denim lovers, it signifies the meaning, spirit, and guts to wear denim.

This denim fabric is highly recommended this season.
It's called 8.5oz Work Denim, and true to its black denim name, it ages beautifully.
Normally, light ounce refers to 10 ounces.
This is an even lighter (or perhaps lower?) 8.5-ounce fabric that is also tightly woven and strong.
It's light yet strong, and it's a black denim that will develop character.
The black color, which doesn't have a workwear feel, gives it a sharp impression and a mature scent.
A relaxed silhouette.
A styling that shows that even shorts have a silhouette.

The silhouette also has a design, and the generous room around the waist is a distinctive feature that greatly influences the overall look.

Other than that, the fit is almost the same as before.

This means that, except for the waist, the sizing is almost the same, so even if you choose your usual size, other parts will not change much.
Only the waist has changed.

Therefore, you can choose your usual size, or you may want to size down.
If you size down, only the silhouette will change.

Design

The design of these fatigue pants has been adapted for gardening wear.
A key design feature is the addition of two pockets on top of the front pockets, giving them the function of an apron pocket.

The back pockets are designed for ease of use without flaps.
Adding gussets to these pockets functionally increases their storage capacity. Additionally, after a single wash, the pockets gain volume and become more three-dimensional, which is another design characteristic.

About Silhouette

The side silhouette and back style are exquisite. In particular, the loose line from the waist to the thighs and down to the hem is characteristic, but from the front, it strangely doesn't feel bulky, with a straight, smart silhouette that falls straight down to the hem. The hips are plump and slightly sag, which is a key feature of the back style.

Even with its powerful form, the front style looks neat, which speaks to the designer's intent and skill.

About the Fabric

Made from light yet durable 8.5oz work denim.
This lightweight, densely woven fabric has minimal shrinkage after washing, so you don't need to consider shrinkage when choosing a size, unlike regular denim.
The fabric is black on the reverse side as well, offering a different appearance from typical black denim that is black on the surface and white on the reverse.
After a single wash, the surface develops natural wrinkles, creating a unique texture.
Normally, with regular black denim, repeated wear can cause it to fade and look worn out. However, this fabric is sulfur-dyed, so like black jeans, it will transition from charcoal gray to gray with years of wear, developing a rich character.

While overalls and coveralls often use fabrics around 10oz, this is a slightly lighter option.
Depending on your region, it can be worn year-round.
