The camouflage pattern is created using a traditional dyeing technique known as Tenassen, originating in Kyoto.
Each pattern color is meticulously applied by hand, a time-consuming process.
Due to the high cost involved, this is reflected in the price, making it not an easily affordable item, but rather a choice for those who truly desire it.

The silhouette is extremely wide.
Even among wide-legged trousers, it's rare to find one as boldly designed as this, with a three-dimensional construction that makes it look more stylish than its appearance and impression suggest.
The silhouette when walking is also beautiful, with the fabric swaying gracefully.

While it doesn't cling to the body, it has a neat appearance and a strong presence, so you can pair it with a simple top and let these pants be the main focus of your outfit.

Design

Cargo pants.
These distinctive pants were designed with the US military M51 in mind, featuring modified, oversized side pockets.

Please pay close attention to the pocket placement. This model is referred to as "6-pocket," typically featuring two at the waist, two on the sides, and two back pockets, totaling six. However, this GrandK design combines the waist and side pockets into one, resulting in a sleeker look that avoids the "bulky" appearance characteristic of traditional cargo pants.

About Silhouette

Extra-thick, wide silhouette.
The silhouette pairs well with the poplin fabric.

It features front and back pleats.
This creates a relaxed fit around the hips and a just-right waist, with a very straight, "thudding" silhouette down to the floor.
Furthermore, because it's made with a carefully drafted pattern, the silhouette is excellent, and it doesn't feel out of place even when worn a size up.
You can wear it with an even straighter, more substantial look.

About the Fabric

The camouflage pattern is made using a traditional Kyoto technique called "tenassen" (hand printing), which produces camo colors.
This method involves hand-printing designs onto fabric.
Long lengths of fabric are carefully secured to a printing table, wrinkles and dirt are removed, and the fabric is made uniformly flat to prevent misalignment during printing.
While the print itself appears random, it is applied using pre-made stencils.
